On personal devices, we can help with school related items. These include:
Mobile Hotspots are available for students to borrow for a 2-day (48 hour) loan.
Hotspot loans cannot be renewed or extended. Students must wait overnight to borrow again.

Printing is available at the WEPA print stations on the Hampton and Historic Triangle Campuses.
Historic Triangle stations: 1 in the Library, 1 on 2nd floor landing
Hampton stations: 3 near the middle of the Library, 1 Handicapped accessible station located next to study rooms in Hampton,1 in the Library Gallery area (outside the main Library)
WEPA is cloud based, meaning you can print from anywhere using your own device or one of our computers.

Payment must be by WEPA print card, credit, Venmo, Paypal or ApplePay. Cash is not accepted. Please note: Credit card information must be manually entered.
Pre-loaded $10 WEPA print cards are for sale in the Bookstore. Students can use financial aid funds, if available, to purchase cards.
Refunds and adjustments must be requested directly from WEPA.
Copying is available for 10 cents per page. Cash and coin only.
Scanning is free. Documents can be e-mailed and saved to a USB, Google Drive and Smartphone. Scanned documents can be sent directly to the WEPA print station for black and white prints. Color prints should be saved using one of the other methods listed and manually printed through the WEPA print station. Please ask staff for assistance!
The libraries do not have a public fax machine.

The Hampton and Historic Triangle Campus Libraries offer the following equipment for Students, Faculty and Staff to borrow from the library.
Two forms of ID are required for laptop and hotspot check out:
To borrow this equipment, students must complete the Media/Technology Equipment Agreement available at the circulation desk. The 48-hour Laptop Checkout Policy is available online and at the circulation desk.
Laptops run Microsoft Windows operating system and have Microsoft Office software installed (Word, Powerpoint, etc.). All laptops are Wi-Fi capable, but a network connection (such as the campus Wi-Fi, your home Wi-Fi, or other public place that provides wireless internet) is required for internet access.
This program partners a Technology Learning Specialist with students who need basic computer assistance in the following areas:
Make an appointment online or ask a staff member for assistance to sign up for available appointment times.
Due to demand, we ask that students limit appointments to one hour per day; however, students may sign up for as many days as needed to understand a concept.
Thomas Nelson provides free wi-fi access on campus to students and the public. Students can login to the wi-fi network using their MyTNCC username and password. For more information on signing in, please visit the Thomas Nelson Campus Wi-fi page.
