Need a tutor?

The Peer Tutoring Center provides free tutoring services for currently enrolled students. Our Peer Tutors are students – your peers – who have taken the class and passed with an ‘A.’ They can help you tackle the tough parts of the class by offering advice and helpful approaches to conquering concepts.

About Us

Students must be enrolled in the Thomas Nelson credit class for which they are seeking assistance. Tutoring is not guaranteed for every subject and depends on the availability of qualified tutors.

Request a Peer Tutor

Students desiring tutoring must fill out a Peer Tutoring Request Form giving your name, phone number, student ID number, course number and days and times of availability. After submitting your tutor request, please contact the Peer Tutoring Specialist during the office hours posted at (757) 825-2804.
